Where is your food made?

Our food is made at our own kitchen, located in North London, by our team of South Indian chefs! We recently re-located to a bigger kitchen, so we have more space to keep cooking delicious food for you!

How about your risk of cross-contamination?

We have a different area in the kitchen where we prepare different food containing various allergens. However, we cannot guarantee there will be 100% free cross-contamination in your food! To check the list of allergens in our menu, click here!

Can I oven heat your food?

You can! But we do recommend it to be microwaved, rather than oven heated. This is because your food is already cooked and ready to be served (we don’t want oven heat to remove the texture of the food) – Read our card in the delivery box for instructions.

How long will the dishes last in the freezer?

Our food lasts up to 3 months in the freezer! So, you can always buy in bulk and enjoy them later!

Can I microwave the food straight away from frozen?

Yes, you can! You can microwave our food for 2-3 mins, and it is ready to be served!

Do you provide vegan or vegetarian options?

We do! However, there are not so many dishes at the moment, but we promise to keep developing our menu to offer more vegan and vegetarian options in the future!

Is your food certified halal?

Absolutely! We believe this is our speciality that all of our food and ingredients are 100% halal certified.

Delivery FAQ

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere within the UK!

Are you going to deliver the food yourself?

We are working with our delivery partners to make sure the food is sent within 24hrs! So, you don’t have to worry, just sit back and relax.

Can I place an order on the weekend?

Absolutely! We will send your order by Wednesday if you do so!

How is it possible for your food to come frozen?

Our food is sent in special insulated packaging boxes that contain ice packs! This is to ensure that your food stays frozen throughout the delivery process, and to keep the freshness of the food maintained!

When do you deliver your food?

We deliver your food every Wednesday and Thursday! So, If you order it on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday – your food will be sent on the following Wednesday! If you order it on Monday-Wednesday, your food will be sent on Thursday! From here, it should arrive with you in less than 24hrs. However, we are also working to have more delivery days! So, watch this space.
